PLEASE NOTE THE LAST HALF MILE (COLONY RD.) was impacted by Helene. It is driveable with AWD/4WD. Neighbors collectively submitted for FEMA assistance and are awaiting response. Grading and gravel needed but it's easy to drive with AWD/4WD. Clients can park at the start of Colony Rd and ride up another 0.3 miles. From Asheville: Follow I-26 E to US-25 BUS in Henderson County. Take exit 44 from I-26 E 18 min (17.5 mi), Merge onto US-25 BUS 0.2 mi, Turn left onto Naples Rd 1.3 mi, Turn right onto Howard Gap RD 1.2 mi. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Howard Gap Rd 1.7 mi. Use any lane to turn slightly left onto N Clear Creek Rd 2.6 mi, Turn left onto Harper Rd 0.2 mi, Turn right onto Colony Rd 0.3 mi, Destination will be on the right.
