I have enjoyed over 25 wonderful years in the Real Estate Industry making families dreams come true beginning with Coldwell Banker Flouhouse in the Unversity area. I started my career as a salesman in 1998 and was the Number 1 agent fours years in a row and rapidly grew with the firm to become a Broker in Charge in 2005. I was responsibile for two offices, one in NC and one in SC and managed to be Number 1 in both states. After much success I decided to open my own firm which is Austin Barnett Realty, LLC. I started with one office in Davidson, NC in April, 2017 and have now added 2 offices in South Carolina and 3 offices in North Carolina for a total of 5. I served in the Mlitary for 10 years and trainted to be a Helicopter Pilot. After my discharge from the Military. I flew helicopters privately as well as for our local news stations and hospitals. I also was employed by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Sheriff's Department for several years. I currently serve on the Professional Standards Committee for both NC & SC for the past 16 years. I also serve on the Nominating By-Laws for the past 8 years and was previously on the Board of Directors for MLS.
